I had a working radio but the laser was going on it. I bought a used radio on ebay, looks almost new. There is no sound on cd or radio, Did I miss something or something else. Plug in old radio it works. It is not asking for a code.

Replaced the PCV no change. Just had to replace plugs and coil packs as well

My bmw Z4 worked fine then when I got home it sat for like a few hrs went to got to the store and nothing. Just cranked. All fuses and relays r fine.

I replaced cylinder 4 on my 2011 328i, and charged the battery and replaced, nothing turns on and even when I jump it nothing turns on, what did I do?

I read somewhere that the fuse-box wires in the passenger footwell (S-max) can cause this. I just disconnected batt fiddled them and it worked. But I also now have an "Alarm needs service" warning, which I'm hoping is just the alarm batt needs charging or something (I inferred the existence of an alarm batt, as it continued sounding after I disconnected main battery, it just went a bit quieter). Could all be related, as I only just got it running again after about a year.

Can it throw a wrong key error if these are damaged

Just did all the work topping off the fluid. And it was the damn fuse. And yup hard to see. Oh and the fluid was low so I think the fuse blew to protect itself because it was dry. So all in all needed to be done or the fuse would of just blew again

I did exactly that. No effect whatsover. Oil consumption still getting worse. Cyllinder walls are fine btw (no scratches). Liqui Moly just doesn't work, maybe cleans engine, but that's about it. Oil Shlaman doesn't work either. And by the way, having no visible oil leaks as a preventative measure I poured Liqui Moly motor saver (Verlust Stop) just in case. It supposed to rejuvinate rubber seals. Few month later valve cover gasket started seeping oil! What a waste of money!
